Central Southern Tier Regional Adult Education Network (RAEN) in collaboration with Cayuga Community College will be the lead agency for the project’s statewide digital literacy work in New York. Central Southern Tier Regional Adult Education Network (RAEN) will implement Learner Web-based training for learners and their tutors in New York's innovative network of Literacy Zones.  CST RAEN will work closely with the NY State Department of Education and with Literacy New York and its network of 37 local community-based affiliates which provide high-quality, individualized and small group tutoring for adult education students.
