Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Louisiana

Under the leadership of Goodwill Industries of Southeast Louisiana, our digital literacy project will provide services throughout the greater New Orleans area.  Goodwill Industries will support recruitment of new broadband users, host trainings for volunteer tutors and paid staff, and provide computer labs where tutors and learners will work together. Goodwill Industries will collaborate closely with the Lindy Boggs National Center for Community Literacy at Loyola University, which will coordinate communications and recruit and train volunteers. Other partners will include Louisiana Technical College, the Literacy Alliance, the Jefferson Parish Public School System, Sheriff Marlon N. Gusman’s Office, and neighborhood community centers.
