Literacy for Every Adult Program (LEAP)

The Literacy for Every Adult Program (LEAP) of the Richmond Public Library is the lead partner for implementation of our digital literacy project in California.  Working with numerous community partners, LEAP will bring volunteer tutors and learners together in public computer centers throughout the Richmond area. Richmond Public Library and LEAP will utilize Learner Web to provide training for staff and volunteers, coordinate with local housing developments and community centers that will serve as entry points for new broadband users, and align various training and outreach resources including a bookmobile.
